Our schedulers are on duty from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST.  They answer the phones live.  If you are ordering any of the standard classes listed in the pricing schedules above, our schedulers can usually assist you in booking the classes you need on the spot (Calendar).

We can be reached by phone during the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday at 1-888-DO APSTA (362-7782).

If for any reason a scheduler is unable to service your order, you will be contacted by a manager, within the day if possible.  We can contact you by either phone or email or both, at your discretion.
